Baltimore Mariners Seek Dance/Cheerleading Team Coordinator
The AIFA Baltimore Mariners are in search of a new Dance/Cheerleading Team Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
• Organize and supervise all practices, games and community appearances and events
• Responsible for recruitment, tryouts and contract enforcement of the team
• Assist in the marketing of sponsorships and promotion of the Baltimore Mariners and Lady Mariners
• Order all uniforms and team supplies in conjunction with General Manager approval
• Continually make best efforts to engage crowd and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere at all home and away represented AIFA Football games in which the Baltimore Mariners are involved
• Enhance image of team by following all AIFA and Baltimore Mariners guidelines
• At least two years of related Dance/Cheer experience a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Candidate must attend all practices, games, and events
• Willingness to improve overall program
