Our good friends over at the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders has informed me that their annual calendar is now available. This year’s cover model is 2nd year veteran Skylar. The Minnesota Vikings held their final auditions for their 2019 cheerleading squad at the Mall of America a couple of weeks ago and they published a a large gallery of images from the event. At the beginning of Week 15, the Minnesota Vikings were still deep into the playoff hunt and needed a victory over the visiting Miami Dolphins to remain in contention. With a win and a Vikings loss, the Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins and the Carolina Panthers all had a shot to overtake the Northmen, but the Vikings prevailed in their contest and remain the sixth and final playoff seed. With two weeks to go, anything can happen so the Vikings would be well advised to keep up their winning ways. With the game recap out of the way, let us turn our attention to this week’s Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders photos. Click here to view the latest MVC photos. Last Sunday, was a glorious day for the Minnesota Vikings. They played their arch rival, the Green Bay Packers, who are neck and neck with the Vikings for second place in the NFC North. So, a victory would be doubly nice. And win, they did. 24 – 17, Vikings. So let’s take a long look at this week’s MVC photos and click here to view the Vikings game day gallery. Our good friends over at the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders have informed us that 6th year veteran Kayla has been selected as their 2019 Pro Bowl Cheerleader. Congratulations on a honor well deserved.
The Minnesota Vikings played the visiting Detroit Lions in another big division game. The Lions have a potent offense, so this would be a good challenge for the Vikings and they rose to the occasion. A strong defensive performance stifled the Lion offense and Matthew Stafford was sacked 10 times. And that was fortuitous because the Vikings offense was just good enough to defeat the Lions on this day. Final score, Vikings – 24, Lions – 9. With the victory, the Vikings stayed within a half a game of the division lead. Now that the game recap is out of the way, let’s turn our attention to this week’s photos of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. Click here to view the Vikings game day gallery of images. The rematch between the Vikings and the Saints wasn’t the last second thriller like last year’s playoffs, but it was almost as good…if you are a Saints fan. A strong defensive effort by the Saints stymied the Vikings and led to a couple of turnovers, one of which was an interception returned for a touchdown. Drew Brees had an uncharacteristically mediocre day, but it was good enough to prevail. Saints win 30 – 20 to improve to 6 – 1 on the season and stay within one game of the conference leading Rams. Though the loss was disappointing for Vikings fans, their spirits should be raised by this week’s Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders photos. Click here to view the Vikings game day gallery. The Minnesota Vikings continued their winning ways by defeating the hapless Arizona Cardinals with an efficient passing attack and a strong running game. The Vikings were led by Latavious Murray who rushed for 155 yards and a touchdown in relief of an injured Dalvin Cook. Adam Thielen caught 11 passes for 123 yards and chipped in another touchdown. Vikings win, 27 – 17. The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders wore special “kicks” and used colored pom poms to celebrate the NFL’s Crucial Catch initiative against cancer. The Minnesota Vikings were one of the preseason favorites to make it to the Super Bowl and coming into Week 3, they were a 16.5 point prohibitive favorite to defeat the lowly Buffalo Bills. But on any given day, any team can beat any other team and that was never more true than this past weekend when the Bills shocked the NFL world by decisively beating the Vikings, 27 – 6. I guess that’s why they play the game. So many people thought this was going to be a one sided affair…it was, in favor of the Buffalo Bills. Well there is one thing that the Vikings have a decisive advantage of their own…they have cheerleaders! So let’s take a closer look at the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. We continue our coverage of Week 1 of the NFL regular season with another look a those shield maidens from the North, the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. Click here to view the Vikings game gallery. I’m pretty sure that real Viking shield maidens didn’t wear dance pants…they probably didn’t wear Baby Helga uniforms either, but who’s complaining. Our good friends over at the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders sent us a few behind the scenes photos of the MVC Juniors were performed last week’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.
We will post more MVC Juniors photos once the Vikings game day gallery is posted. Our thanks to Polly S. for the photos. Our good friends at the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders let us know that they had posted a gallery of images from their first home game of the season. You can see the gallery here. And let’s take our first look at the 2018-2019 Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. Dance pants? Wha? Hey now, Viktor the Viking…look out!
