The Indianapolis Colts were a little shorted handed last week when they played the Miami Dolphins. Starting quarterback Jacoby Brissett, a promising signal caller, was forced to sit out the game due to an injury and he was replaced by journeyman Brian Hoyer. And that turned out to be an unfortunate event as he was largely ineffective, throwing three interceptions on the day.
It was an ugly game and there is no way else to describe it. But, the Dolphins endured and prevailed, coming away with their second win of the season.
Final score: Dolphins – 16, Colts – 13.

It was another close one in Indianapolis where the hometown Colts defeated the visiting Denver Broncos on a last minute field goal by Adam Vinatieri.
Final score: Colts – 15, Broncos – 13.
With the win, the Indianapolis Colts stay atop the AFCSouth and remain in contention for a coveted playoff spot.

The Indianapolis Colts played the Houston Texans in an important division game and another impressive performance by Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett was the difference in the game. Brissett threw for 326 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Colts to victory.
Final score: Colts – 30, Texans – 23

Every time I see photos of the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders, I always expect to see a parade. I suppose that’s because their new outifts are reminiscent of a majorette uniform from the 60’s and I am accustomed to seeing majorettes marching in a parade. Its a nice and unique look if a bit old fashioned.

The sudden retirement of Andrew Luck put the Colts in a bind, but if Week 3 is any indication, their quarterbacking concerns may be a thing of the past. Jacoby Brissett, the heir apparent, acquitted himself quite nicely, leading his team to victory over the Falcons by throwing for 310 yards, two touchdowns and most importantly, no interceptions. Final score: Colts – 27, Falcons – 24.
