As the saying goes, “Every dog has his day.” And that was certainly true back on March 25th as the Philadelphia Wings invited fans to bring along their favorite canine, Mascot Mad Dog celebrated his birthday with other Philadelphia-area mascots, and best of all: $1 hot dogs!
