In preparation for these auditions, the Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders are hosting two voluntary workshops prior to auditions at 24 Hour Fitness locations in Yorba Linda on March 14 from 1-4 PM and in Woodland Hills on March 15 from 1-4 PM. Each workshop includes more than one hour of dance led by Choreographer JOHN PETERS, followed by apresentation and Q & A session with the Rams Cheerleading Director KEELY FIMBRES. Workshops cost $40.00 per person and have limited availability.

The cheerleaders typically perform at Redskins Draft Fest the week of April 25, 2019. The team will travel for the 2019 – 2020 Calendar shoot in late May/early June.

Each segment covers various topics from learning choreography quickly, what judges are looking for beyond dancing and how to handle the experience of being cut during auditions.
During Cheer Chat, Mhkeeba discusses the only male member of the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders, Kyle Tanguay, who auditioned on American Idol and made it to the Hollywood round and the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders recent UNIR dance showcase featuring pro, college and youth dancers and cheerleaders from South Florida.

Prep Classes are a great way to meet outgoing people and work on fitness and dance. Classes grant the opportunity to learn different styles of dance while training with professional instructors. Select classes open with workout or dance technique sessions or guest speakers specializing in fitness, nutrition, marketing, and teamwork.
Classes are designed to give you the best preparation possible for the auditions process!

- Tuesday and Wednesday prep classes that full under the Three Day Series Package (March 10 -11 and March 18-19) are available for individual purchase at $40 each. Walk-up registrations accepted on Tuesday and Wednesday of series.
- Thursday prep classes that fall under the Three Day Series Package (March 12th and March 20th) are not available for individual purchase.
Single Class: $40.00 each. Walk-up registrations are accepted.
The Audition Application Fee ($60) will be waived if you participate in one (1) or more Prep Classes. (Playbook Workshop excluded)
