Stacie Kinder brought a lot of girls with her to P-R-O and for that I am thankful because they have an absolutely gorgeous squad. And I am thankful that they wore their game day uniforms, one of the most glamorous uniforms in the NFL. So let us continue our coverage with our feaurette on Tennessee Titan Cheerleader Tandra, our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star.
I remember our next All Star from the time that I did a road trip to our nation’s capital back in 2011. The second lead off photo of that article was a photo of her, so you know she made a lasting impression. She has all the qualities that an NFL cheerleader should have: good looks, dance ability and being photogenic. So, without further ado I present Washington Redskins Cheerleader Maigan…our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star.
The people in the D.C. Metroplex are very fortunate to have Maigan and the First Ladies of Football…very fortunate, indeed.
The P-R-O Convention is the premier professional cheerleading and dance convention in the nation and cheerleaders from all over the country gathered in Atlanta, Georgia for two days of intensive dance training and team building. It is a truly amazing event to photograph and one of the highlights of the year.
And if you weren’t in Atlanta, here’s what you missed.
The staff of All-Pro3 gave James and I complete access to the convention’s events. In the second part of my article, we continue our coverage of P-R-O with a report on Sunday’s events.
There’s only one word to describe our next All Star…firecracker. What else would you call a rookie cheerleader who moves towards the front of the room and demands your attention with a vivacious and sassy personality. Yep. Firecracker. Introducing our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star…Karrie.
We are not even through the half way point, so keep watching to see who is next!
The Atlanta Falcons were the local squad at the P-R-O Convention and over the course of the two days, there were many AFC cheerleaders in attendance. They looked rather striking in their game day uniforms and I was fortunate to take some photos of our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star…introducing Denita.
Still more to come, so stay tuned to see who’s our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star.
I first noticed our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star a couple of years ago when she was trying out for the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders. I knew then that she would make the squad. You know, there are just some girls that are going to make it. They stand out and they’re the ones that usually attract the attention of the judges as well as the fans in the stadium. And Andrea was one of those special girls.
Good looking…check. Great dancer…check. Photogenic…check. And that special quality, a personality that shines through when performing…check. That’s why Andrea is a 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star.
Who is next? You’ll just have to wait and see. We’ve only just begun!
Our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star is a Harvard College graduate and three year veteran member of the Washington Wizard Girls…introducing Joanna.
This is the second time that I have featured Joanna as a P-R-O Convention All Star. If we both make it back to Atlanta next year, perhaps it will be three times.
This year marks the eleventh year of the P-R-O Convention and over three hundred talented and beautiful professional cheerleaders descended upon Atlanta to participate in a weekend of dance, team building and networking. It was hot and steamy in Atlanta and I’m not talking just about the weather.
The P-R-O Convention is the premier professional dance convention and the instructors represent the very best in professional cheerleading and dance. This year’s instructors included:
Jakene Ashford – Atlanta Falcons (NFL)
Tara Battiato– Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL)
Sandy Charboneau – ProTour Productions
Denise Garvey – New York Jets Flight Crew (NFL)
Alto Gary – Houston Texans (NFL)
Stephanie Jojokian – Washington Redskins (NFL)
Heather Karberg – Arizona Cardinals (NFL)
Stacie Kinder – Tennessee Titans (NFL)
Shannon Kingsley – Seattle Seahawks (NFL)
Tami Krause – Minnesota Vikings (NFL) & Minnesota Swarm (NLL)
Brandii McCoy – Charlotte Hornets (NBA) & Charlotte Checkers (AHL)
Tracy Rutledge – former NBA Atlanta Hawks & South Georgia Wildcats
Derric Whitfield – Washington Wizards & Washington Mystics (NBA)
James and I were given exclusive access by the organizers of the event, All-Pro3. For our readers who have never attended a dance convention, the following report will give an idea of what goes on during a weekend of nonstop dance action.
The Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders have some of the most beautiful cheerleaders in the NFL and their uniforms are amongst the most glamorous in sport. So when I saw that their squad was wearing their game day uniforms, something that has not happened since I started covering P-R-O, you can imagine that I was pleasantly surprised. I made it a priority to avail myself of this wondrous opportunity to photograph their squad.
It’s not easy to miss our next All Star cheerleader…she’s quite statuesque and very attractive. A standout to be sure. Introducing rookie Tennessee Titans Cheerleader Elizabeth…a 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star.
I am definitely going to have to take a road trip to Nashville!
Cheerleader Director Alto Gary must have brought almost her entire squad because there were Houston Texan Cheerleaders everywhere you turned. And one that caught my eye was Krystal, our next 2014 P-R-O Convention All Star.
This is only the beginning. There are many more All Stars to come, so stay tuned!
