Nothing more says “Happy Holidays” than a pretty cheerleader and a stuffed animal reindeer.

The Houston Texans had their nine game winning streak snapped by the Indianapolis Colts, who were the beneficiaries of two huge performances by Andrew Luck and T.Y. Hilton.  With the loss, the Texans fall to 9 – 4 on the year, but fear not Texans fans, as your team is still the third seeded team in the AFC and pretty much still a shoe in for the playoffs.

The Baltimore Ravens proved to be a worthy opponent for the AFC leading Kansas City Chiefs, taking the home team to overtime before succumbing 27 – 24.  With the win, the Chiefs secured a playoff berth and remain the number 1 seed in the AFC.

A career defining performance by Derrick Henry, who rushed for 240 yards and four touchdowns, paced the Tennessee Titans to a resounding victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, 30 – 9.  With the victory on Thursday, the Titans stayed in contention for a playoff berth, but at the conclusion of Sunday’s contests, the Titans were all but eliminated when the Colts won their game against the Houston Texans.  The Titans lose tie breakers with the Colts and the Dolphins should all three teams catch the Ravens, the sixth seeded team in contention.  It will take a complete collapse by those three teams to give any hope to the Titans playoff changes.
