It was a tough week for the Los Angeles Rams organization with all of the tragedies that have happened recently. For those who may not know, the Rams headquarters are located in Agoura Hills, CA, which is not too far from Thousand Oaks, California and the team practices at California Lutheran University, a short distance away. So one could expect that they might have been a little distracted against the Seahawks, but the Rams played as well as could be expected under the circumstances.
Jared Goff and Aaron Donald were two Rams who had to evacuate their home this week, but they both were able to focus on the game and played well. Goff passed for 300 yards and two touchdowns and Donald was a constant presence in the Seahawk backfield, recording 2.5 sacks and 3.5 tackles for loss. The Seahawks didn’t go down without a fight, but in the end, the Rams prevailed in a close game. Final score: Rams – 36, Seahawk – 31.
Let’s turn our attention to this week’s Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders images. The Rams uploaded a large gallery of images, click here to view them.
Superman came back down to earth as All-World QB Patrick Mahomes was merely good this week, passing for a paltry 249 yards and two touchdowns against an over matched, but gutty Arizona Cardinals defense. For those stat geeks reading this, Mahomes passed for 100 yards and one touchdown below his average, but that was more than enough to defeat the Cardinals. Final score: Chiefs – 26, Cardinals – 14.
It was Salute to the Service week and the Kansas City Cheerleaders wore special commemorative camo tops to pay homage to our men and women in the military. Click here to view the Chiefs game day gallery.
No one gave the Titans a chance to defeat the visiting New England Patriots, at least no one I know. After all, the Patriots had won six straight games against five of the best teams in the NFL (Buffalo Bills notwithstanding) and they had the G.O.A.T. at the helm. The Pats were the prohibitive favorite on paper, but the Titans had a lot of grit and fortitude this day and they decisively defeated the Patriots. How did they do it? By keeping the G.O.A.T. off balance and keeping Tom Brady from playing like…well…Tom Brady. Brady completed only 21 of 41 passes and no touchdown. Final score, Titans – 34, Patriots – 10.
Let us turn our attention to the lovely Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders, who were sporting some blue camo inspired jumpers. Click here to view the Titans extensive gallery of TTC images.
We normally do a brief recap of the game before we delve into the week’s cheerleader images, but for the Saints vs Bengals game, a 51 – 14 blow out loss…it’s probably better for us to just jump into the Ben-Gals photos. So here we go. Click here to view the Bengals game day gallery.
