Ultimate Cheerleaders

From her website Former NFL Cheerleader Kimberly Odom (Tennessee, New York) explains her mission:

Stone cold fox and Editor-in-Chief of The Beauty Fox. I founded TBF to share the power and impact of feeling beautiful from the inside out. Originally from a farm right outside Nashville, Tn my dog Foxey Lady Peaches and I now call New York City home. I’ve gone from NFL cheerleader and news reporter to beauty expert and makeup artist. My passion stems from empowering women to feel beautiful from the inside out. I believe that looking the part is only half of it, what matters most is creating beauty in other people’s lives. It’s all simple. When you feel beautiful your actions will be beautiful! Shine your light on the world and be confident in all that you are. Because YOU are a FOX!

A Miami Dolphins Cheerleader

By Andrea, 6th Year Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader
Vikings.com

The official MVC have been a huge part of game day since the 1984 season, and since then, there have been many incredible women to grace the field of the Metrodome. On August 29th, the 2013 MVC, as well as over 100 former MVC, got together to put on a special pre-game performance to kick off the last season in our beloved dome – a place where so many amazing memories have been made.

To make the performance even more exciting, two of our most influential alumni were inducted into our MVC Hall of Fame. The ladies below have been instrumental in building and paving the way for the MVC organization and the game day entertainment you have come to expect on the sidelines of each Vikings home game.

Our first inductee is Mrs. Sue Anderson-Franks. She was the inaugural director and head coach of the first professional group of Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders in 1984. She has an extensive background in dance, cheerleading, dance team, gymnastics, modeling, and pageants, having been runner-up in the Miss Minnesota Pageant to Miss America’s Dorothy Benham in 1976. Sue also owned and directed “The Stage Door of Performing Arts” for 35 years. Recognized as one of the largest, most successful dance studios in the country, this studio was repeatedly voted one of the “Top Dance Schools” in the US & Canada by Dance Spirit magazine and has received many awards, including the national FDC Studio of Excellence Award.

Sue remains a loyal Vikings fan with her sights set on watching them in Super Bowl XLVIII. She resides in Andover, Minnesota with her husband, Steve, and enjoys spending time with her three children, Lacee, Spencer, and Cooper.

Our second inductee is Mrs. Mary Ann Dallas, who had the honor of directing the MVC from 1991-1997. Upon moving to Florida in 1998, she started Decor Advisors, Inc., a company that specializes in Residential Interior Decorating and Remodeling. She currently resides in Tarpon Springs, FL with her husband, David, son, Jackson, and step-daughter, Adrina. While she no longer spends Sundays in the Metrodome, she can be found watching the Vikings games with her husband, who is the biggest Vikings fan on the planet!

Congratulations to both of this year’s inductees on all of your success and thank you for your contributions to the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders!

Congratulations to former Milwaukee Bucks Energee! Dancer Bishara who was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA 2014 this past weekend!

Congrats to the new squad!
