From Miami Dolphins.com:
Marcy Crowe began her dancing career at Florida State University where she graduated in 1995. She was a member of the infamous FSU Golden Girls for four years and a captain for two while simultaneously working for Universal Dance Association as their Head Instructor.
After one year with the Florida Bobcats Arena Football Dance Team (1996), she knew that her future had to involve football and dancing. In 1996, Dorie Grogan’s first season as Cheerleader Director with the Dolphins, Marcy auditioned for the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders and was immediately one of the superstars on the squad. In her first season, she was on the Show Team, performed at the American Bowl in Mexico City, graced the cover of the first MDC swimsuit calendar, and was voted “Rookie of the Year”. The following year, she was selected to be a captain and represented the MDC at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii.

In 1998 and 1999, Crowe took a break from the NFL, got married and became a third grade elementary school teacher. When she realized that she left her heart with the Miami Dolphins, she came back in 2000 as the Assistant Choreographer. Her natural talent, dedication, and creativity landed her the job of Head Choreographer in 2001 where she continues to bring new and innovative choreography to the squad. She has succeeded in teaching those without dance experience and guiding those with extensive experience to work together as a team. Her talents can be seen every time the cheerleaders perform whether it is a costumed production number on a stage or on the sidelines at Pro Player Stadium. In addition to her position as choreographer for the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders, Crowe owns and operates her own dance production company where she teaches and grooms young dancers and future cheerleaders.
