Eagles Cheerleaders Calendar Release Event
Last Wednesday the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders unveiled their Eco-sexy 2009-10 Swimsuit Calendar at the Prince Theatre in Center City. Previously an invitation only event at the Eagles NovaCare Complex, this year the release was open to the public and the audience was filled with family, friends, fans and former cheerleaders.
Lindsey and Marissa
The 16 month 2009-10 eco-sexy calendar is printed on post-consumer FSC certified recycled paper and contains facts about the effects of global warming including information on endangered species and changing weather patterns.
Alum Victoria, Alaina and Christie
The calendar features all 38 beautiful cheerleaders wearing bikinis made from recycled plastic soda bottles, organic cotton, and tagua nuts from the Amazon Rainforest in Peru. The accessories are also comprised of renewable materials or recycled, up-cycled and repurposed products.

Each cheerleader graced the stage in her bikini as their larger than life calendar photo was displayed on the back wall.

After the fashion show, the crowd was entertained by performances. First the six cheerleaders just back from Iraq performed one of the routines from their tour, and then the whole squad took the stage.
