Members of the Jacksonville Roar, Jacksonville Jaguars cheerleaders, arrived at Tyndall March 8 to visit the troops and raise morale.
The Jacksonville Jaguar cheerleaders instructed a Kid’s Dance Clinic at the Tyndall Youth Center open to all ages, March 8.
They also provided a photograph and autograph opportunity to anyone on base at the Oasis Sports Lounge, March 9.
“It is an honor to have the opportunity to visit Tyndall Air Force Base,” said Christy Stechman Zynda, Cheerleading Program manager. “We are privileged to meet the men and women that serve our country and say thank you for their sacrifices.”
During their visit the cheerleaders were given a tour to a few units on base to see how Tyndall operates, as well as given an inside look to Tyndall’s mission.
“The Jaguars organization and Tyndall have built a great relationship over the years and we really enjoy being able to come out and visit and interact with all of the troops and their families,” said Kurt Wisenbaugh, Events and Game Production manager.
