Miss USA Fan voting has begun. The fan vote selects one contestant to make it to the semi finals for Miss USA. Monique Thompkins, three-year veteran of the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, is Miss District of Columbia USA 2012 and needs your help.
You can vote up to TEN TIMES per day per email. After the 10th vote no other votes count that day, although you may see the “thanks for voting” page.
