If you’re thinking of auditioning for a semi-pro or NFL team, Audition Prep Classes by Professional Cheerleaders Alumni are the best way to get ready for your audition.

 

We’ll break down the skills and techniques required for NFL auditions and most semi-pro teams like turns, kicks, jumps, different dance styles, freestyle and more over the three month sessions.

 

What makes this class different?

This is not only a dance class – our former NFL Cheerleaders and guests consultants provide one-on-one feedback for hair, make-up, body image, audition apparel, interview skills and mentoring that will be sure to give you an edge for a big audition.

 

You will build confidence, learn about healthy diet and exercise, learn audition dance techniques, composure, hair and make-up application and what being a professional cheerleader is really about.

 

It’s time to start getting ready now, so register for classes early to guarantee your spot!

 

2013 Audition Prep Classes begin January 2013
Individual Class $40.00
Classes are progressive, no two classes are the same
Month Session $75.00
Includes two 3-hour Saturday classes
$5 discount if you pay for a month in advance
All Three Sessions $200.00
Includes 18-hours of progressive instruction
$25 discount if you pay for all three months in advance

 

 

Ways to Start Preparing Now
1. Start a stretch routine DAILY to prepare your muscles for kicks and splits- a requirement for most teams.
2. Be sure to build up your cardio by running, dancing, or aerobics. Classes like Zumba are great and will help you pick up choreography and rhythm.
3. Sign up for a gym membership at Bailey’s Powerhouse Gym and start conditioning.
