Snapshots: The 2016 Ladies of Ontario Fury
I consider the period after the holidays to be a time of relaxation and rejuvenation. And January and February are the months that I spend with the Ontario Fury. It’s a fun experience, more laid back and less stressful that other events because the Fury staff is so welcoming and the shooting environment is more chill. And the Ladies of Ontario Fury are really fun to shoot…its all good.
So here are some snapshots I took last Sunday as the Ontario Fury defeated the Soles de Sonora 7-4 to stay in the playoff race.
I don’t know about other MASL teams, but game day with Ontario Fury is fan friendly and you can get up close and personal with the cheerleaders as they literally greet all the fans who enter the Citizens Business Bank Arena. It’s a fun setting to watch some fast paced indoor soccer and a much more intimate environment than some of the larger arenas. And for me, I can move around and have the freedom to get shots that I could never get in a larger venue.
I think the girls should always dance in their high heeled boots because it completes the look, but I understand that they are not the most practical type of footwear to dance in…especially on the uneven artificial turf.
Just another day with the Ladies of Ontario Fury. You too can spend some quality time with the Ladies of Ontario Fury at their last home game of the regular season tomorrow at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario.
