The show showcased swimsuit designs by Meg Liz Swimwear, Luli Fama, DEPSI Swimwear, Brooke and Arrow, PintArena Swimwear, Sincerely ALC and Zannikini and jewelry from Brooke and Arrow.
The theme this year was Air, Land and Sea. The show took spectators on a journey that started with “Air,” showcasing colorful birds, butterflies, peacocks and more. The next phase of the show was “Land,” featuring exotic animal print bikinis such as a tigers, snakes, cheetahs and zebras. The next stop on the journey took viewers to the beach where a live band HyRyze played tropical tunes while the ladies walked in summer beach attire.
The next scene took the show to the water, with the ladies sporting fun scuba gear, beach props and water guns. The seas then got rough and the ladies ventured into the depths of the ocean dressing as sea urchins, octopi and other dangerous animals of the deep. Progressively getting deeper and deeper, the ladies ended the show in head-to-toe glowing body paint.

Miami – On Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders hosted their annual Swimsuit Fashion Show at Hard Rock Stadium. In contrast to previous years in which the cheerleaders created a swimsuit calendar, this year the ladies are captured in The Annual, a 100-page book filled with beautiful and iconic images that are timeless.
Proceeds from this Annual, photographed from Key West to Miami Beach, will benefit rebuilding efforts in the Keys and all affected areas from Hurricane Irma through the Miami Dolphins Foundation.
The cover of the Annual was unveiled before the show, with Miami Dolphins Cheerleader Adrianna receiving the honor as the first cover girl for the Annual. A high-energy swimwear fashion show featuring the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders followed.
The Annual can be ordered on DolphinsCheerleaders.com and will ship in mid-November. The cost of the Annual is $19.99, plus shipping.

Tonight, Friday October 27th, the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders will be presenting their yearly Swimsuit Fashion Show at Hard Rock Stadium. Appearing for her second year is Terra, a very popular fan favorite who came from the plains of Nebraska to the glamour of South Florida to dance in the NFL. Terra and her teammates have been working diligently on rehearsal but she was gracious enough to share some chat time with Ultimate Cheerleaders. Hooray!!!
UC: Terra, introduce yourself to our readers, who’s the young lady behind the great smile?
My name is Terra and I am a second year veteran on the team. I’m a huge animal lover, who grew up on an acreage right outside of Lincoln, Nebraska. I graduated last year from the University of Nebraska with a degree in psychology and have aspirations of working with children in the foster care system. Moving to South Florida has been an amazing adventure and Dolphins has been nothing short of an incredible journey!
UC: It’s a great honor to be selected as a Miami Dolphin Cheerleader and then add in swimsuit/fashion modeling!! How exciting is that experience?
I’ve been a dancer and cheerleader all my life and have had dreams of cheering in the NFL for as long as I can remember. Being featured in the Annual is truly a dream come true. I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to shoot in The Keys alongside my teammates, and I’m so humbled that a portion of proceeds will go toward rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Irma.
UC: The Dolphin organization is always involved in charity and community initiatives. Tell us about your favorite participation.
As Miami Dolphins cheerleaders, we have the opportunity to participate in so many rewarding charities and events all over South Florida. I think the most memorable of these experiences is the Dolphins Cancer Challenge. The DCC is a huge event where participants bike, run, walk, volunteer or fund raise throughout South Florida for cancer research. It’s the largest charity event in the NFL. Not only is this a fun bonding experience for myself and my teammates, the Dolphins donate 100% of proceeds to cancer research. How cool is that?
UC: The MDC are known as the international face of the NFL. How was the whole London experience?
Being the only international cheer team in the NFL is something very unique that sets us apart from all others. Having the opportunity to travel abroad to London as a team makes the experience that much more memorable. Personally, I have never been to Europe before so traveling the streets of London with my best friends was quite the experience. Cheering for almost 90,000 fans at Wembley Stadium left me awestruck, and is a memory I will cherish forever.
UC: One thing fans would be surprised to learn about is ….?
I think fans are often surprised to hear about how involved our team is in the community. Aside from weekly practices, photo shoots, Dolphins games and charity events, my teammates and I stay very busy. We are all either full-time students in college, or have other demanding jobs in the community.
