Ultimate Cheerleaders

Well I guess technically not Ice Girls since they are deemed too hot to be allowed on the Ice during games!!

Saw a great game the other night as the Lightning scored in the last 60 seconds to beat the Blue Shirts from Madison Square Garden.

Added a batch of photos to the back of Lightning Girls album—enjoy:

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers handed the Dallas Cowboys their seventh consecutive loss, 10 to 6. Using the glass half full/half empty philosophy this was viewed as either a defensive masterpiece or offensive inefficiency. Doesn’t matter, a victory is sweet, especially over the Cowpokes.

The TBBC had a rain free performance although a bit cloudy for most of the game. The last few photos in the album captured the excitement of Ali and Megan once the victory was secured. Glad to finally see all the smiles at post game. Congratulations out to everyone in the organization.

This coming Sunday we travel to South Beach to visit the MDC.

A dreary loss on a dreary Sunday in Tampa. Giants 32-18 over the Bucs.

The TBBC dressed in appreciation for our U.S. Military Personnel. The theme of the day at Ray Jay was in concert with the NFL Salute To Service initiative. The four individual line groups of cheerleaders honored the Marines, Army, Navy and Air Force with their military green and black uniforms.

Enjoy the photos and tune in next week as Dallas will visit Tampa this Sunday–it’s always fun to beat up on the Cow Pokes.

Visiting EverBank Field in Jacksonville on game days is among the best experience in all of Florida sports. Family friendly atmosphere, the buzz is electric and the fan amenities are second to none. Following the ROAR around for four hours is an exceptional gig.

At every home game the Jaguars honor all service personnel, and a select active member, of the military during the 4th Quarter Bell recognition. At the Texans game that individual honor was afforded to US Navy LTJG Zach Sipe, who is temporarily home from deployment. Lt Sipe was quite the stellar athlete in high school and than at Annapolis where he graduated in 2012. BUT, one of his greatest accomplishments was marrying Jacksonville cheerleader Michelle who was voted by her teammates to represent the ROAR as Cheerleader of the Game.

Michelle is a very busy young lady. Full time military spouse, full time NFL Cheerleader, full time financial career and obviously multiple trips to the gym.

The ROAR, a squad of beautiful women, talented dancers and great fan friendly personalities. Our thanks goes out to Associate Director, Christy Stechman Zynda, for granting access to UltimateCheerleaders. Enjoy the photos:

Bucs win, Bucs win! On a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Tampa the Buccaneers bested their neighbors to the north, the Jaguars, 38-31.

Props out to the enjoyable halftime show encouraging the continued efforts to cure and eventually eradicate the hideous disease of breast cancer. The TBBC were joined by dance/cheer members of USF, Plant HS and breast cancer survivors and supporters on the field in a flood of pink. Great dance showcase by all the performers.

In promoting Breast Cancer Awareness Month the festivities started in the early morning with the third annual Treasure Chests 5k run/walk around Raymond James Stadium. A “feel good” day all around.

Our coverage this week starts out with line captain Kymberli who is a registered emergency room nurse. Kym is presently studying pre-med with a goal of reaching a dream job of Trauma Surgeon. It’s ironic that as a Buccaneer Cheerleader she’s pretty enough to be classified a heart-stopper. Visit Kymberli’s entire bio in the link below.

Enjoy the photos and check back next week when we cover The ROAR of Jacksonville.

The Tampa Bay Lightning opened the season last Thursday with an exciting overtime victory versus the Philadelphia Flyers. Props to the NHL for implementing the new 3 on 3 format in overtime. Helter-Skelter action goal to goal.

The Lightning Girls loss some impressive talent to retirement but added some great rookie keepers. Hooray!!!

The Buccaneers suffered their 11th straight regular season home loss going back to 2013. Wow, even a dead mouse can fine the cheese sometime!!!

The cheerleaders continued to hold down the fort as the rain showers came and went at least 5 different times during the game. If they are performing in the elements then we stay on our photoshoot. Kudos to Tara Battiato and her RainDears.

Come On Man. The fans, cheerleaders, stadium staff, etc deserve a victory. Even with all the player alumni in the house supporting Mike Alstott’s “Ring of Honor” induction, the long awaited return to the victory column remained elusive.

The Jacksonville Jaguars make the short trip down to Ray Jay this week. Plenty of tickets available. Wear your pink.

When you’re good you’re good. Believe this eye witness that the MDC organization is good. Kudos out to Dorie Grogan and Jamie Quadrozzi for presenting another great Swimsuit Calendar Unveiling and Fashion Show. The North Club at the newly renovated Sun Life Stadium was turned into a LIV look-alike nightclub for the annual runway showcase. The high energy show was styled by Dolphin’s Pro Bowl alum, and present Cheerleader Coordinator, Ariana Aubert. Current and alumni cheerleaders were the stars of the evening’s outstanding entertainment.

The night showcased swimsuit designs by Miss Fanatic x Montce, Lila Nikole, Luli Fama, Meg Liz Swimwear, DollStreet Swimwear, and DESPI as well as jewelry from Brooke & Arrow Boutique, Dune Jewelry and Tiffany Lee Jewelry.

The fashion show opened with swimwear designs by Miss Fanatic x Montce Swimsuits, showcasing the cheerleaders in aqua, orange and gold in honor of the Dolphins 50th season. That followed with an artistic Wynwood section, where cheerleaders wore attire and accessories that were hand painted by local Miami artists. Next was the sexy all black Dark Angel segment. The final element of the fashion show was the Garden of Eden theme which opened with a samba routine by professional Ivan Mulyavka and ballroom trained cheerleader Britt. This was followed by the MDC covered in flowers head to toe. Beautiful.

Following the conclusion of the fashion show, the 2016 calendar ladies again walked the runway. The past cover girls then strolled out in honor of celebrating 20 years of swimsuit calendars.

Cheerleaders Monica, Jessica and Andrianna were unveiled to loud applause as the cover ladies for the 2016 calendar. Monica is a 3rd year veteran, born and raised in Kendall, FL with a Cuban background. Jessica is a fourth year veteran, born and raised in Doral, FL. Jessica is of Puerto Rican and Venezuelan descent and enjoyed the privilege of going on military tours with the MDC. Andrianna is a second year veteran, born and raised in Parkland, FL. She comes from Italian heritage.

01

Monica is a business and marketing major. This marks the second year Monica is featured in the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders Swimsuit Calendar, as she was the cover girl on the 2015 edition. Jessica is currently studying psychology and this marks Jessica’s third appearance in the MDC Swimsuit Calendar. Adrianna is interested in pursuing a career in interior design.

Buccaneer alums Meagan and Tiffany were in the house. Tiffany tells me “It was an honor to design custom jewelry for the Dolphins Swimsuit Calendar. The girls looked amazing on the runway! Great night with my fellow NFL sisters.”

The 2016 calendar was shot on-board Miami’s Ultimate Ship, Norwegian Getaway.
