Natalie, a 4-year veteran and 2-year captain has been selected as the MDC representative for the 2014 Pro Bowl. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, she received her Bachelors Degree from Ball State and is currently a financial coordinator. Natalie was the overwhelming favorite for the honor, voted on by her peers.

The Buccaneers stayed competitive until the 4th quarter when the instrumental song Wipe Out by the Surfaris started ringing in my sub-conscious. Two away games left to save jobs.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneer Cheerleaders dressed in their Christmas outfits and looked and performed magnificently. No halftime dance this week as the TBBC partnered with the Glazer Family Foundation in participating in the annual gift giving ceremony for area deserving children. A great and generous program–smiles galore.
Fan favorite Ashlee will represent the Bucs at this season’s Pro Bowl in Hawaii and then drift off into NFL Cheerleader Retirement. It was a great 4 years photographing Ashlee. She will be missed.

Lovely Ashlee has been chosen by her teammates to represent the Buccaneers at this season’s Pro Bowl in Hawaii. Ashlee is a four year veteran and two year line Captain for the TBBC.
Ashlee keeps in great shape with distance running along scenic Tampa’s Bay Shore.
Congratulations to Ashlee on your great 4 years.

Many Buffalo fans filled Raymond James Stadium last Sunday fully expecting a upset victory. The Bucs however, led by a surprising effective defense, froze the Bills out of the end zone under a blizzard of defensive turnovers. Sorry Buffalonians, back to the cold with you guys.
Under the hot sunny sky, the Tampa Bay Buccaneer Cheerleaders performed gracefully as usual. The theme of the day was “Honor the Scout” as the TBBC welcomed family day for the girl scouts of West Central Florida to attend and participate in the NFL’s “Play60” pledge exercise program.
The 49ers come to town (sadly without the Gold Rush) this Sunday—Ray Jay will be packed. The game should be a good test to measure exactly where the Bucs stand in their quest to build a playoff level team. Should be fun.

Second year Lightning Girl, Alexis, has been busily filming out in California as a eligible bachelorette in the 18th edition of ABC’s THE BACHELOR. The show is due to air in January and the word is mum around the Tampa Bay Times Forum. I usually disappear to the man cave when my bride has that show on but I guess I’ll have to hang tough this year. The dedication I have to Tampa Cheerleaders–oh well.
Alexis is sweet, attractive and talented—nice combo. A tidbit from her bio is: Salutatorian of her High School, played fast pitch softball for 15 years as a pitcher and currently works in Public Relations.
Check out the intro video of Alexis and her teammates on the Lightning web page.

Mathematically all NFL losses are equal, emotionally however some defeats are more devastating then others. A week ago Sunday the Dolphins took a early lead versus the Panthers but finally surrendered it in the final seconds of play. As the air came out of Sun Life Stadium the silence was deafening, Fin Fanaticals were in shock. The main culprit was that the offense took the second half off. Can’t become conservative in the New NFL—too much pressure to ask your defense to make a final stand. Panthers 20 Fish 16.
The Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders never take any time off on gameday—-they are non-stop, get up and go, from hours before kickoff. Sunday performances included pre-game, quarter breaks and halftime dances at midfield. I love their precision kick lines and their famous prancing movement around the stadium. The MDC included the junior cheerleaders and fans in their opening showcase. Very visual presentation as they danced from end zone to end zone. The Dolphins do a nice job in cultivating the interest of their young fans.
Great home games coming up in December—-that team from Massachusetts and the J-E-T-S are in town. Tickets are available–come out to a game and meet some MDC members signing calendars on the outside Plaza. Get a photo taken with these gorgeous and talented young ladies.
Our thanks out to Emily Snow, Cheerleader Director and Coordinator, for granting Ultimate Cheerleaders access to cover the MDC on a beautiful South Florida day.

PS: Kudos to the Dolphins for bounce back victory over the Jets in the Meadowlands.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won their second game in 6 days on Sunday–this was accomplished after tasting victory only once in the prior 12 months. They are going to need this positive momentum since the next two games are on the road: at Detroit and at Carolina, both hot teams right now. A good sign from Sunday is seeing the offensive production show up big time. Exciting ball being played. The Bucs loyal fans deserve “good football” so hopefully the corner has been turned for the Schiano coaching regime. I’m just a Jersey boy rooting for a Jersey boy.
I was lucky to photograph from the sidelines this week creating a different perspective in my album. I usually depend on my zoom lens but getting up close allows catching the true beauty of these young ladies. Just need to stay far back from those front kicks.
The Buccaneer Cheerleaders continue to outdo themselves each game. They again used the “dress for success” formula by wearing outfits from the 5 decades of history in their excellent halftime performance. Melissa Fitzgerald and her choreography team are allowing the ladies to showcase their talent skills in pre game and halftime mid field performances and the gals are running (actually dancing) with the opportunity. They may have been born with some “attractiveness genes” but the artistic precision rhythm skills on the field is only obtained by hours of practice rehearsals. Kudos to the Bucs entire entertainment staff involved. Great show.
The TBBC usually do a meet & greet signing calendars before December games. Come out to a game–Bills and 49ers are coming to town.
IT’S A BUCS LIFE.

The Lightning won a hard fought 4 to 2 victory over the Edmonton Oilers on Military Appreciation night at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Video tributes were presented throughout the evening in recognition of our military veterans and active duty members. Some fifty plus recruits took to the ice during an intermission ceremony to take the enlistment oath of service as witness by a near capacity crowd. Every military branch was represented. A real “feel good” atmosphere.
The Lightning Girls donned their camouflage shirts as they mingled among fans during the night. They also tried on 40 lbs of gear and parachute equipment during pre game demo’s on the Thunder Alley Plaza.
We added photos to the back of our Lightning Girls album–enjoy. Happy Veterans Day to everyone.
