Auditions for the 2014 Bearfoot Dancers will be held on Sunday, April 27th at ‘All 4 Dance Performing Arts Studio’ 155 Roseland Ave #7 Caldwell, NJ 07006.

Registration begins at 9:30am and the Audition begins at 10:00am.

The Bearfoot Dancers are a Major League Dance Team who performs for the Somerset Bears Football Team. The Bearfoot Dancers also perform for charity and community events throughout NJ.

At last years P-R-O Convention New England Patriots Cheerleader Captains Heather and Stephanie demonstrate the “Cheer Crab”, a staple of the Patriots Cheerleaders fitness regimen. I took multiple photos of the “crab” to get the best shot. While I was snapping away, I asked the cheerleaders if they could continue to hold the pose. Their confident reply: “Oh, don’t worry, we can hold it.”

The Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders put on quite a production for their Final Auditions. They open the show to the fans on Draft day. The Finalists do a solo performance, group performances, kicklines, you name it. And no waiting to find out who made the squad. The new team is announced at the end of the day. This year the Finals are May 10th at Sun Life Stadium

I had shot at NFL Cheerleaders at game before, but always from the stands. But in November 2008 the awesome Tami Krause, Head Coach and Coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders secured a media credential for me enabling me to take to the field and photograph the lovely Vikings Cheerleaders

Former St. Louis Rams Cheerleader Tess Boyer’s performance of Christina Perri’s haunting ballad “Human” has propelled her to the Top 12 and the live rounds on NBC’s ‘The Voice’!

The Edwardsville native earned rave reviews for her performance from her coach, Shakira. When she’s not singing on national television, Boyer teaches hip-hop at the Kurpinski Academy of Dance in Chesterfield. She also teaches a vocal course during the summer.

Festus native Patrick Thomson, also on Team Shakira, did not advance to the next round, despite a great performance of Ray LaMontagne’s “Trouble.”
