Miss D.C. USA is packing her bags and getting ready to head to Las Vegas for the 61st annual Miss USA competition. But, before she gets on that plane, she stopped to chat with ABC7’s Steve Chenevey. Monique Thompkins is also the first Redskins cheerleader to win Miss D.C. USA.
