Video: Celtics Dancers Undergo Stressful Audition Process in Hopes of Making Team, Enjoying Amazing Experience

Those who’ve been Celtics Dancers in the past will likely tell you that the experience was amazing. Those who haven’t had the privilege of enjoying such an opportunity will likely tell you that they’d love a chance to do what they love in front of thousands of screaming Celtics fans.
On Saturday, past dancers and current hopefuls took to the court at the C’s practice facility in Waltham, Mass., in hopes of impressing judges enough to eventually make the squad.
The auditions certainly aren’t easy, as each girl deals with difficult routines and the notion that everyone is vying for a limited number of spots.
NESN.com’s Chantel McCabe caught up with some of those who auditioned on Saturday to get their take on the stressful process and what it is that makes them want to entertain the TD Garden crowd every Celtics home game.
