NFL Regular Season Week 1 – The Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders
Rain had a major impact on several NFL games in week 1 and in Baltimore it significantly affected game play…for the Buffalo Bills. Or may be it was the Ravens themselves that led to the lopsided loss for the Bills.
Joe Flacco must have seen what happened to the Alex Smith last year when the Chiefs drafted QB Patrick Mahomes. With his future in K.C. in doubt, Smith went on the throw the ball like he had never done before…namely more deep balls and less dump offs…but that was still not enough to prevent his eventual departure from the Chiefs. In an eerily similar situation, the Ravens used a high draft pick to select their possible QB of the future, Lamar Jackson and in the first game of the 2018 NFL season Joe Flacco threw the ball like a man about to lose his job. Uncharacteristically efficient, he passed for 236 yards and three TDs. Was it enough to convince his naysayers that he is the present and the future for the Ravens…we shall see.
But in the meantime, let’s take a look at the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders who braved the inclement weather to cheer on the Ravens to victory. Click here to view the Ravens game day gallery.
