Wizard Girl Captains for the 2013-14 season: Brittany, Michelle and Julia. These ladies don’t have to audition; there spots are secure. They spent the helping to teach the choreography.
There were three round of cuts. Dancers who attended all the WG Prep Classes and veterans from last season got to skip the 1st round.
I am going to say this was my favorite audition outfit of the day. Good use of the Wizards colors (Red, White and Blue) and the hightop sneakers are a great touch.
Jonique is a veteran of the Baltimore Blast Cheerleaders.

This was all last Saturday. We’re now at end of week one of bootcamp. There is another week to go, plus interviews. Then the Wizard Girls Finals Showcase on July 29th at the Howard Theatre. Details here.
