Monday Night Football is always special.  Games have an importance greater than the actual match up itself because it is played before a national television audience and the night is usually electric at the stadium.  And if the game is competitive, well then you have TV magic.

This past Monday, the flailing Pittsburgh Steelers made the trek to central Florida to battle the undefeated Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  The Steelers took a 20 point lead into halftime, but then surrendered 17 unanswered points to the Buccaneers in the second half.  Fortunately for the Steelers, time ran out before Ryan “Fitzmagic” could complete the miracle comeback.  Final score: Steelers 30 – Buccaneers – 27.

So let’s turn our attention to the wonderful Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders.  Click here to see the Buccaneers’ game day gallery of images.

In Week 3, the Los Angeles Chargers played the Los Angeles Rams in the Battle for L.A. and in this contest, the Rams were victorious.  Both teams have have good offenses and good defenses, but the Rams have a top 4 rated offense and a top 4 rated defense and that was the difference in this match up.  Rams win 35 – 23.

So let’s take a look at this weeks images from the L.A. Coliseum and click here to view the Rams Cheerleaders game day gallery.

The Minnesota Vikings were one of the preseason favorites to make it to the Super Bowl and coming into Week 3, they were a 16.5 point prohibitive favorite to defeat the lowly Buffalo Bills.  But on any given day, any team can beat any other team and that was never more true than this past weekend when the Bills shocked the NFL world by decisively beating the Vikings, 27 – 6.   I guess that’s why they play the game.  So many people thought this was going to be a one sided affair…it was, in favor of the Buffalo Bills.

Well there is one thing that the Vikings have a decisive advantage of their own…they have cheerleaders!  So let’s take a closer look at the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders.  Click here to see the Vikings game day gallery.

This week, the Atlanta Falcons played another tough divisional game against a strong rival, the New Orleans Saints.  This match up was as close to a must win game as a game can be in Week 3…win and you stay in contention…lose and you are in last place in the division with three other teams ahead of you.  So there was a lot at stake in this contest and it was a game for the ages.  In a high scoring shootout, the New Orleans Saints prevailed on a 1 yard TD run by Drew Brees in overtime.

Well it wasn’t all bad for Falcon fans…click here to see what I mean.

Week 3 of the NFL season saw the return of Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz who had been out of action since injuring his knee against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14 of the 2017 season.  That was certainly good news for Philly fans, who witnessed a tightly contested game against the Indianapolis Colts.  The hometown Eagles prevailed 20 – 16 on a fourth quarter TD run by Wendell Smallwood.

With the game heroics out of the way, let’s take look at the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders who cheered their team on to victory in the wet weather at the Linc.  Click here to view the Eagles game day gallery.

“Kara is a favorite to win. I think a lot of people will say, ‘Really?’ But the more I watch her, the more I see her blend. ‘I’m not standing out at all. I’m just one of the Goliaths! They’re all very good!’ And what do you do? ‘Well, I came from a very good family. I was a cheerleader in the NFL. I’m in real estate.’ If you ask her about her looks, she’ll say they absolutely open doors. She doesn’t ever defend and say, ‘But I have to work hard!’ What you see is what you get. ‘I’m successful, I’m pleasant, I have a great attitude.’ She’s still dealing with the loss of her mom, which I can’t imagine. I really think Kara could be a surprise player, where all the sudden you say, ‘Oh my god… she’s going to win.'”

Bio by Josh Wigler, The Hollywood Reporter

The surprise team in the NFL is the Kansas City Chiefs, who continued their winning ways by defeating the visiting San Francisco 49ers, 38 – 27.  Patrick Mahomes continued his hot streak by passing for 314 yards and 3 TDs, increasing his league leading season total to 13 TD passes.  His continued excellence under center was proof that the Chiefs made the correct decision in giving former QB Alex Smith his walking papers in the off-season.

Things are definitely shaping up quite nicely in Kansas City.  And on a separate note, so are the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders!  Click here to see what I mean.

It is quite possible that we may see these girls again in the Super Bowl.  Yes, I think so.  Wouldn’t that be nice.
