2018 BALTIMORE RAVENS CHEERLEADER TRYOUTS

DATES/TIMES

  • Auditions are on Saturday, March 3, 2018 @ 9:30 AM at the Merritt Club Downtown
    (210 E. Centre Street, Baltimore, MD)
        • Registration will be held between 9:30 – 10:20 AM
        • Materials will be taught from 10:20 – 11:30 AM
        • Tryouts will begin at 12:45 PM
  • Callbacks will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Merritt Downtown Athletic Club.
  • Must park in the garage and parking will NOT be validated.
    Auditions and callbacks are closed to the public; no spectators allowed.

ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be 18 years or older by April 1, 2018 (Proof of age may be required).
  • You must be able to attend all home games & two practices per week from April-December (typically on Tuesdays & Thursdays).
  • Participants may not cheer for another professional or collegiate team concurrently.

JUDGES
Judging will be based on physical talent, dance ability, personality, appearance and poise.

2018 PATRIOTS CHEERLEADERS AUDITIONS

Audition to become a cheerleader for the 5X Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots.

  • Make public appearances throughout New England in support of our communities’ charitable organizations and local businesses
  • Perform for 65,000 fans during nationally televised games
  • Model for the Patriots Cheerleaders’ swimsuit calendar, poster and video shoots
  • International travel opportunities

PATRIOTS CHEERLEADERS DANCE TEAM

The Patriots Cheerleaders dance team is required to attend a minimum of 2 rehearsals per week. They perform at Patriots home games, participate in public appearances and photo shoots. Each candidate must be at least 18 years of age and be a high school graduate or have a GED by the date of preliminary auditions to participate. There is no age limit or height requirement. 

In order to audition, you are required to complete an online application. Once completed, you’ll receive an automated response confirming receipt. 

PRELIMINARY AUDITIONS REQUIREMENTS

Date: Saturday, March 3, 2018

Time: 9:30 a.m. registration. 

Location: Pieri Gymnasium at Dean College, Franklin, MA (Directions)

Preliminary Auditions will be held on one day only. There will not be a make-up date scheduled and we do not accept videotapes in lieu of auditioning. Preliminary auditions are not open for public viewing.

  • Wear neat work-out attire and sneakers or dance shoes
  • Hair and make-up: “glamour” vs. “sporty”
  • Plenty to drink, lunch and snacks
  • $20.00 registration fee; cash, check or MO made payable to the New England Patriots

PATRIOTS CHEERLEADERS PROMOTIONAL MODELS

As part of our responsibility to the community and our team partners, public and game day appearances are an important squad role. We have assembled an elite squad for promotional appearances and event participation. A Patriots Cheerleader promotional model is a non-performing squad member specifically chosen for her specialization in, and availability for, public and game-day appearances. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must be a high school graduate or have a GED by the date of final auditions to participate. There is no age limit or height requirement. Promotional models will be asked to attend some rehearsals with advanced notice. They make appearances throughout the stadium on game days and participate in photo shoots. Promotional models are not required to compete in the dance round of the auditions.  

Application Requirements:

  • 3 photos
    – Color or black and white
    – Size 5 x 7 or larger
    – One full length and one headshot should be included
    – One candid without photo retouching
    – Photos can reflect any outfit (casual, business, formal, swimwear, fitness)

2018 Denver Outlaws Dancer Audition Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Denver Outlaws Dancers.  The Denver Outlaws is a first class organization that strives to be the best it can be from the front office to the Denver Outlaws Dancers.  We are all committed to excellence and maintaining a championship culture both on and off the field. 

Ways to Prepare for Auditions:
The Denver Outlaws Dancers provide three separate audition workshops to help dancers prepare for the audition process.  The audition workshops will include preliminary audition music and choreography as well as headshot and audition attire consultations. 

Note that you do not need to attend audition workshops to be eligible to audition for the Denver Outlaws Dancers.

Armed Forces Entertainment and Pro Tour Productions have joined forces to bring a little cheer to our servicemen and servicewomen who are stationed abroad during Super Bowl Week.  Armed Forces Entertainment is the official Department of Defense agency providing entertainment to deployed military personnel, reaching more than 400,000 personnel at 200 military installations around the world.  ProTour Productions is an entertainment company that produces high level, high-energy entertainment to venues and military bases all over the world.

Let’s take look at a few photos from their visits.

Being an NFL cheerleader is one of the most glamorous jobs in the world and they, like players, aspire to perform at the Super Bowl.

The best two teams in the NFL this season are set to go head to head in the Super Bowl on February 4 in Minneapolis.

But the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles are not the only squads making the journey to Minnesota for the glittering season finale.

Both the Patriots cheerleaders and their Eagles counterparts will make the trip of a lifetime to perform in front of the watching world.

Like NFL players, cheerleaders dream of performing at the Super Bowl and are even nominated for the Pro Bowl – the exhibition game between the league’s best players.
