The Falcons wore their throwback uniforms during last Sunday’s victory over the Carolina Panthers. The Falcons Cheerleaders also got into the spirit, wearing uniforms similar to those worn between 1994 and 1997. -97 seasons. The next throwback game is scheduled for Thursday, November 29. Who knows what they’ll wear for that one!
Sidebar: the Falcons website notes that these uniforms are 80s inspired. Not so much. The only part of those outfits they wore in the 80s was the sequin headband. And while I appreciate the AFC going to the trouble of wearing retro accessories in addition to the outfits, those headbands must’ve left some gnarly marks on many a forehead.

If the Cheerleader’s 90s look came back, I would start watching Pro Football. I hate seeing cheerleader’s in boots!!
If i had to pick which uniform i like more, this one form the 90’s or the one they wear now, i thing the 90’s one win hats down!
