Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders Prep Classes and Audition Dates

At the Mock Audition, Beauty, and Fitness Workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn the actual dance routine that will be taught at the Open Call Audition. This workshop was created to prepare contestants for all phases of the Open Call Audition. At the Open Call Audition, you will be judged on dance, showmanship, physical fitness, and beauty. We recommend attending The Mock Audition, Beauty, and Fitness Workshop in addition to the Dance Prep Workshop to be prepared for the Open Call Audition.
THE MOCK AUDITION, BEAUTY AND FITNESS WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE:
Learn the actual dance routine that will be taught at the Open Call Audition from Eagles Cheerleaders Choreographer Dwayne Townsend. This gives you the opportunity to rehearse the routine for over two weeks prior to the Open Call.
Participate in a mock audition directed by Barbara Zaun, Eagles Director of Cheerleading. This gives you the opportunity to rehearse the modeling portion of the open call audition and practice your dance audition in the actual audition room without being judged. Find out from the director what the judges are looking for and how the scoring process works.
Consult with hair and make-up experts from Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa and Salon, the Preferred Salon of the Eagles Cheerleaders.
Consult with personal fitness trainers from LA Fitness, the Home of the Eagles Cheerleaders Work-outs, as well as learn exercises and nutritional information to help you get in audition shape.
Meet with the 2014 Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders to learn their audition tips and advice for a successful audition, including what to wear. They will also answer any questions you may have and share their experiences as NFL Cheerleaders including information on game day performances, photo sessions, rehearsals, public appearances and much more!
THE DANCE PREP WORKSHOP

The Dance Prep Workshop was designed specifically for women who are interested in auditioning that would like to get more acquainted with the Eagles Cheerleaders style of choreography. This intense 3 hour dance class will concentrate solely on the dance aspect of the audition. The prep class is a great way to get in your best “dance shape” for the Eagles Cheerleaders audition process and it is especially helpful if you advance to the semi-final and/or final audition.
The prep class dance techniques and dance combinations will be taught by Eagles Cheerleaders Choreographer, Dwayne Townsend. Current members of the squad will also be on hand to demonstrate and assist in the stretching and warm-up portion of the prep class.
THE DANCE PREP WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE:
Brief review of the Open Call Audition dance routine (the Open Call Audition dance routine will be taught at the Mock Audition Workshop).
Eagles Cheerleaders dance combinations in the style similar to the combinations that will be taught at the Semi-Final and Final Audition.
Dance techniques to improve kicks, turns, and overall stage presentation
Stretches that the Eagles Cheerleaders do to increase flexibility
Eagles Cheerleaders dance warm-up
THERE IS A DISCOUNT TO ATTEND BOTH WORKSHOPS – $75
*By attending either workshop, you will be automatically registered for the Open Call Audition and the Open Call Audition Fee will be waived.

(LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF BROAD STREET AND PATTISON AVENUE IN SOUTH PHILADELPHIA. THE NOVACARE COMPLEX IS ONLY 3 BLOCKS FROM LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD)
TIME: REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 10:00 AM. JUDGING STARTS AT 12:30 PM. All contestants should arrive by 10:30 AM.
REQUIREMENTS: YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND A HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE. 2014 HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00. Please note: The Open Call registration fee is waived for contestants that attended the optional Mock Audition, Beauty and Fitness Workshop or Dance Prep Class.
