A former Rams Cheerleader is now part of a different team: Team Usher. Edwardsville native Tess Boyer won the celeb singer over on “The Voice.”
When Tess isn’t competing on national TV she’s teaching these young ladies in Chesterfield. She teaches a hip-hop dance class at Kurpinski Academy of Dance. She also teaches a vocal course in the summertime.
“She teaches everything like so amazingly. She’s such an inspiration and now that she’s on ‘The Voice’ we just watch her and we’re like, ‘Oh my gosh I know her!’ She’s amazing. She’s gonna come back and teach,” said Maria Knasel.
Be sure to tune into “The Voice” on Mondays and Tuesday to see how far Tess Boyer, Patrick Thomson from Festus, and the Brothers Walker from Bernie, Mo. get in the battle rounds.
