“Get right, or get all the way left.” That’s the mantra of Traci Young-Byron, former Miami Heat dancer/team captain, and current dance studio owner and star of the new eight-part Lifetime docu-series Step It Up. Step It Up premieres Friday, Sept. 25 at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
